Job #2443: Chameleon Technologies is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a contract role in Seattle. You’ll review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs and provide ongoing support, either for multiple information technology projects or phases of a complex project that supports more than one operational program or work group.  Typical accountabilities include:


  • Implementing and supporting Care Management applications
  • Eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements
  • External software applications analysis, design, and configuration
  • Facilitating solution evaluation, selection, and design
  • Developing and executing testing, including coaching Care Management operations teams, developing test scenarios and documenting results
  • Providing business systems analysis processes and tools subject matter expertise
  • Analyzing and providing solutions and recommendations for improved Care Management operational efficiencies
  • Participating in project and vendor management
  • Serving as a liaison between Care Management staff, vendors and IT teams.



You bring at least six years of data and/or business systems analysis experience that includes:


  • Requirements elicitation, analysis, solution, modeling, scenarios / use cases
  • New application, integration, reporting, data access design and development
  • Translating functional requirements into test cases
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite that includes Visio process mapping
  • Software configuration in a workflow or process management system (i.e. Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, etc.) desired
  • Process documentation and analysis


You also have demonstrated proficiency with workflows, business process and decision modeling, business rules and process automation, advanced testing processes and techniques, root cause analysis, vendor assessment.  A Bachelor’s degree in information systems or technology, business administration, or a related field is required (or an additional four years of recent, relevant work experience may be substituted). 


The following qualifications are preferred:


  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies including SDLC and Agile
  • Experience with care management workflows and business process modeling
  • Experience with Jiva or other Care Management applications
  • Experience with workflow configuration applications
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology
  • SQL scripting; familiar with SQL database architecture and administration
  • CAPM or CCBA
