Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Contractor – Guest Communications Optimization
We are seeking a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence contractor for a 6-month W2 contract. This position will support guest communications by creating and documenting business rules, improving communications strategies, and driving operational efficiency across digital channels (email, SMS, and app).
Location: Onsite in SeaTac, WA
Contract Type: 6-month W2
Pay Rate: $40–$55/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Guest Communications team to design and test proofs of concept for new communication strategies, technologies, and workflows.

Evaluate effectiveness of pilot programs and recommend scalable solutions.

Validate the impact of new initiatives through rigorous testing and data analysis.

Identify ways to apply AI and machine learning for enhanced communication performance.

Monitor performance and continuously optimize communication rules and flows.

Define and document communication rules and processes for internal use and training.

Identify and recommend solutions to close performance gaps or reduce operational risk.

Lead root cause analysis and propose actionable resolutions to communication flow failures.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Experience & Skills:

7+ years of experience in program/project management, technology innovation, or communications.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Communications, Business, IT) or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu.

Proven ability to manage communications systems and multi-channel strategies.

Experience with CRM platforms and performance-focused communications.

Excellent project management, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Technologically savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with tools like Airship, Sabre, Amadeus, Sprinklr, or 15Below

Experience in airline or hospitality industries is a plus
