Location: Auburn, WA (on-site)
Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
Bonus Potential: $18,000–$20,000 annually (based on a scorecard system covering labor, sales, and operational goals)
Schedule: 45–50 hours/week, including every other Sunday and two Saturdays/month

Overview:
We are urgently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our upgraded Auburn location. You’ll oversee a dynamic team, including an AGM, a Floor Manager, 4–5 Supervisors, and a large staff of youth team members. This role requires strong people leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to build rapport with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and energetic environment
- Manage, mentor, and develop team leads and frontline staff
- Oversee party execution, scheduling, customer experience, and facility performance
- Monitor labor costs, sales targets, and key KPIs using our bonus-linked scorecard
- Be present and hands-on during high-traffic times including Cosmic Nights, weekends, and events
- Collaborate with ownership and headquarters to ensure brand alignment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, restaurant, or entertainment
- Proven experience managing large, diverse teams (especially youth/teen staff)
- Strong multitasking, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to travel to Greenville, SC for 1–2 weeks of training (all expenses covered)
- Immediate availability is a plus—bonus available for those who can start right away
- Must have experience with financials (P&L, etc.) in order to be at the higher end of pay range.
