Job #2738: Chameleon Technologies is searching for a Senior Product Manager. You will be joining a company that has over 10 years of experience partnering with real estate agents, helping them to leverage our software to meet more home buyers and sellers in their local markets. They’re on a mission to enable real estate agents to focus on what they do best – building relationships – and to let technology take care of the rest. From lead generation to an intelligent CRM and state-of-the-art websites and excellent customer care, real estate agents and their clients rely on their products to make home selling and buying a personal and professional experience.
The Product team is made up of a Director of Product Management and several product managers. As a whole, we value customer empathy, planning and building efficiently and collaboratively, and delivering quality solutions to our customers. We believe in using data to make decisions and using data to understand our impact. Our team is looking for an individual who is excited to bring their product management talents to our company, helping our team continue to deliver rock star products that delight our customers.
We value Transparency, Integrity, User Focus, Nerdy Passion, Collaboration, and Curious Creativity.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can own the end-to-end product lifecycle of our agent CRM SAAS platform. This starts with a deep understanding of the use cases, an appreciation of the technology involved, the ability to inspire our engineers to address the need, and the passion to help product marketing evangelize our solution.
You will work closely with your fellow product managers, developers, quality assurance engineers, designer, and operations teams. You will also interface cross functionally with our sales, support, and marketing organizations.
What will make you successful in this role is your business sense. Your curiosity and instinct, which we know can play an important role in decision-making, should naturally align to business outcomes. You should be equally comfortable creating a scrappy wireframe as you are partnering with a designer to create high-fidelity clickable prototypes. You should be excited to bring your favorite frameworks and processes to our agile team with an end to strengthening the product development and release lifecycle.
The company’s corporate office is located in Bellevue, WA. This position is open to local and remote candidates anywhere in the US and Canada. Our engineering team is distributed all over the world.
About You
You like puzzles and love data. Going from a customer need to a new technology to our platform is not always a straight path. You are energized by the idea of solving this puzzle and figuring out the best way to solve a user’s problem by building on what our platform has to offer today. You can design creative solutions while considering technical and business needs, requirements and trade-offs but stay firmly rooted in decisions based on data.
You prefer to chart a course rather than be micromanaged. You will be an expert in our platform’s technologies. We trust our experts, and expect you to help your team determine the best course of action. You will be able to calmly and objectively deal with challenges. You are a self-starter that is as comfortable working with your team as you are working solo in times of deep thought.
Show and tell was your favorite school subject. As cool as technology and our solutions are, we really want to make sure that others can and will use them. You love talking ad nauseum about the solutions you help bring to market, and are driven by helping others in sales and marketing succeed to do the same.
You’re invigorated by your team. We want to create a team where members are free to take interpersonal risks, challenge each other’s assumptions, and help each other succeed. It’s not just about having “mandatory fun” at happy hours, it’s about wanting the best for each other.
