Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently prepare business, individual, exempt org. and trust tax returns (emphasis on individual and business)
• Act as a mentor to less experienced staff; review their work and provide guidance.
• Research complex tax issues
• Perform tax planning for clients and answer tax questions
• Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling.
• Attend to the needs of clients to inspire them to refer the service and come back the following year.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above required in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 5+ years relevant tax experience (able to review staff returns).
• CPA or EA.
• Extensive knowledge of tax legislation.
• Experience training, reviewing and leading staff in related scope.
• Sound problem solving skills.
• Extensive individual/corporate /partnership tax knowledge.
• Familiarity with U.S. Federal, state and local tax requirements.
• Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations.
Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000
