Chameleon is recognizing Shweta as Employee of the Quarter for Q3! She has been a member of our team since Dec ’16. Congratulations, Shweta!

We would like to share her responses to a few questions we asked her:

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Seattle?

     A: “I like to ride the ferry to Bremerton from downtown Seattle, which offers plenty of scenic views. I also enjoy trying new foods in different restaurants.”

Q: What is one word you would use to describe yourself?

     A: “Helpful.”

Q: Tell us about a project or accomplishment that you consider to bet the most significant in your career.

     A: “I worked on a large telecom project which had several different teams based on the network switching system. I created a monitoring tool for customers. My role was to work cross functionally with several teams in order to deliver a customer portfolio, which analyzed and displayed statistic graphs. Customers found it to be very useful, and it was later extended into large-scale. This project helped me to gain confidence in my logic and programming abilities.”

Q: Who is your role model, and why?

     A: “My mom- She is the most genuine, caring, and helpful woman I have ever met. I can say without any hesitation that my mom has always been my biggest role model. She is an inspiration to me every day. I’m constantly astounded by her ability to multi-task, which is really helping me in my career.”

Q: What is your favorite thing about your job?

     A: “I am really happy to be a part of this team. My manager and team  members are friendly and very helpful. Since I work for a medical company as an SDET, I have to tackle all the data and make sure each and every bit is correct as this is a life threatening project. I also get to learn useful medical terms used in the project which are needed in day to day life.”
