Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Oracle CC&B upgrade of its mission-critical Customer Information System (CIS). This effort supports two critical areas. The system is currently on an Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) version 2.7. The system will be upgraded to version 25.4 in an on-premises deployment.
This initiative includes:
- Full application upgrade
- Hardware and infrastructure refresh
- Redevelopment of integrations
- Rewriting and validating 100+ reports
- Deployment across seven operational environments
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing planning, execution, risk management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure delivery of a stable, secure, and scalable CIS platform. Strong experience managing large-scale IT system upgrades, preferably in utilities or public sector environments, is required.
Targeted hourly rate is $70-$75/hour on W2.
