Chelsea Cooper is a Partner Human Resources Associate in the Finance Division at Starbucks and the Co-Chair of Women’s Impact Network. She’s full of great advice on career development for young people and believes strongly in gender equity. Chelsea had various career changes but ultimately found what “fit” her core desire, which was to help people and make a significant difference in their life despite thinking that she was conforming to the stereotypes of pursuing a job that was more “emotional” because she is a woman. To young women, she says to be careful of the subtle things that people say or remark. “Don’t let people tell you that you can’t do something. Period.”
